With the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority becoming a national rule enforcement authority for racing, I postponed all ROTP classes until all court rulings have been adjudicated,

 Watch for an announcement about a possible workshop in Ruston, Louisiana in April or May.

This textbook is being reworked to include the HISA rules, so will not be available until the middle of July, 2023.
